Services
Radiant Barriers...We offer both the spray-on type of radiant barrier as well as the foil type. The main differences between the two products are effectiveness and labor. The spray usually takes less than a day to install while the foil product will take generally two days or more depending on the house. We use the Lo/Mit spray-on radiant barrier coating which will block 77% of the heat trying to radiate into your attic. Our foil products will block 97% of the solar induced heat gain. One of our energy experts can show you which type product will work better in your attic and explain why. Each attic and house for that matter is drastically different and requires a custom solution to get the most benefit out of a radiant barrier. If you live in the Dallas, Texas area call us today about our radiant barrier services and have one of our energy experts evaluate your home for "FREE".

Attic Ventilation...If your attic doesn't have proper ventilation, it can reach temperatures of up to 170 degrees in the summertime! Proper attic ventilation is a very simple way to ensure your attic stays cool and your home doesn't have a 170 degree heater attached to it.
We can install new soffit and roof venting to ensure that your attic stays as cool as possible and does not trap hot air. This helps prevent your air conditioners from working overtime because they're sitting in a 170 degree attic while trying to produce 42 degree air.

"WOW! That’s all I can say! I expected to save a little on my electric bill and boy did I. My bill went from about $450 in July to just over $300 in August! I know I will make my money back in a few short years with savings like that plus my home is more comfortable. I can actually use my home office now in the afternoons. I would highly recommend your products to others and already have.
Thank you for the great job!"
