We offer both the spray on type of radiant barrier as well as the foil type. The main differences between the two products are effectiveness and labor. The spray is usually less then a day to install while the foil product will take generally two days and maybe more depending on the house. We use the Lo/Mit spray on radiant barrier coating which will block 77% of the heat trying to radiate into your attic. Our foil products will block 97% of the solar induced heat gain.
